Founded by company President Gaylyn R. Flowers in 2017 as Adaptive Industrial Safety and rebranded in 2019 as Adaptive Industrial Services as we have grown to offer a variety of services to our customers. Working as a safety professional and operations manager since 2001, Mr. Flowers gained extensive workplace safety experience in the industrial construction sector supporting Midstream Oil and Gas projects, as well as Fossil and Nuclear power plant outages. He managed Environmental Health and Safety programs in heavy industrial Manufacturing plants, Lead-Acid Battery plants, and within dispersed work groups supporting field services.
Mr. Flowers recognized the demand for a full-service consulting firm that specialized in providing industrial support services, while treating employees and contractors fairly.
